PhotoInstrument is a fun photo retouching program that`s powerful and simple to use. It lets you get much more from your photos. PhotoInstrument solves some of the problems users often have when working on images. Thanks to it you can remove red-eye, etc. Never before has retouching photos been such fun.

On the left of the program you have various icons like a smile or a pink beret. Each of these icons represents a tool with which you can work. There are tools to turn the image round, clone it, manage the level of brightness and contrast, adjust the colour tone, etc. The program is in English, German, French, Spanish and Russian, and you can get a completely free version by taking part in a forum on the author`s website.
